Spotify does not stream to traktor or any dj software. It is not a dj streaming platform, if you want to stream through your Traktor software you need beatport link or beatsource. Those two stream via traktor.

I think he wants to use the Spotify software.
What OS are you using? Is Traktor still open? Some software might use the S2 hardware and is blocking it (WasAPI exclusive mode)

Yeah I dont to use Spotify in Traktor I just want to listen to music on Spotify. I'm using Windows 11 right now but I had the same problem in Windows 10 so I think it has someting to do with the soundcard of the controller that is blocking something. Traktor is closed. How do I turfoff WasAPI excusive mode?

Still doesn´t work. I turned off the exclusiev mode. When I use my other soundcard I have no problems and everything works fine but when I plug in my s2 mk3 controller the problem starts, it must have something to do with the soundcard in it.

Maybe this video will help?
I guess by default Spotify doesn't let you choose a soundcard? Maybe it has something to do with trying to keep anyone from recording music?

And what driver have you choosen in Traktor? It selects ASIO by default I guess. And I am not sure if using ASIO does not block using that audiointerface as Win system audio at the same time.
It is possible with some brands of audiointerfaces. It depends on driver packed to the device....
Try to choose non ASIO driver in Traktor for S2.

Traktor is closed, so that should not matter. Was also my first idea :/

The fact that Spotify works in your browser but not with the controller suggests that the problem might be specific to the controller or its setup. Let's go through some steps to resolve this:
First, check the physical connections of your S2 MK3 controller. Ensure that it's correctly connected to your computer or device, and make sure that all cables are securely plugged in. Additionally, confirm that the controller is powered on.

Most probably you are right, but OP wrote that he does not want to play Spotify music in Traktor. It does not necesarily mean that Traktor does not run..... Maybe not, maybe yes, OP has not told us.

3, OP could use virtual cables to route Spotify sound from application/web to Traktor live input.
