Says "Install" but then never installs it stays in the cue and does not download

Yooo

Currently trying to download Kontakt, Raum and other plugins through Native Access, but I ran into a problem. Every time I try and download one of the applications, they just sit in the cue and proceed to not download. I keep clearing the cue and trying again, with no avail. Please help!

    Hmm.

    I would recommend checking the internet connection.

    Either that or just uninstall NA and then install it again through NI website, but make sure you are logged in first.
