KK3 does not recognize Captain Plugins by Mixed In Key

For some reason, every time I startup KK3 software, it takes a long time to scan the Captain Plugins (VST3) by Mixed In Key, and they never show up in the plugin picker.
The plugins are working in Maschine and also in KK2.9 so I have no idea why KK3 doesn't like them.
This is on Windows 10 22H2.

Make a custom folder for plugins inside This PC, and then try to move the plugin to that folder, and then go to the scan settings inside your DAW and choose that folder for scanning.

I said inside the memory disk not inside the desktop...
