    Great to learn that you finally got sorted out. Hopefully you will be happy with your purchase whatever you ended up with.

    @PapaDeBeau Glad everything is fine now. As said before, this is the busiest season of the year so a little patience is required. People in support are working really hard and they will have to continue to work extra hard for the next few weeks/months, I can understand the frustration and the humor (hopefully) behind your pictural art but I won't share that to them.

    so if I understand correctly, if I already have komplete 14 standard and I find a komplete 14 collectors edition license used but not update, is it not possible to update my komplete 14 standard? I kindly ask for confirmation. Thank you. Louis

    @gigino If it's a full license then you can use it as a full license. You can upgrade your bundle from Komplete standard 14 to Komplete Ultiamte CE 14. An update would be from Komplete 11 Standard to Komplete 14 Standard for example. More info here: What Exactly is a Crossgrade / Update / Upgrade and How Do I Qualify?
