One program never stops «installing» I have plenty of space

So my program wont stop «installing» and it stops every other programs in queue. Also I cannot upgrade so I can’t use it in my DAW. Can’t stop it either so nothing I can do? Anyone knows? Also tried opening a ticket but it takes ages (real fun) so I hope someone here can help me, when Native can’t

Check the internet connection, and make sure the connection is safe and strong.

If the internet is not the issue, just click again couple of times.

If this doesn't help,make a custom folder on the desktop for NI plugins then go to the File Management on Native Access (VST or VST3, your choice).

Not working unfortunately:( it’s been «instaaling» stopping every other program for over a day now.

Yes I did, already had tried them all.. is it normal that native won’t answer? Are they really like this? It’s been «installing» for 3 days now. I restart everything still this ass program installing… it’s ******.
