Old Latency problem Maschine Mk3

Hi, for a long time now I have been living with two serious problems in using my Maschine mk3, I decided to write to ask for help and look for a solution. The first problem concerns the latency that I encounter when playing the pads of the Maschine, in practice when I put my Loci the suggestion described by Native Instruments but it doesn't change anything, when I put rec on the male to record a patter the latency decreases but you can still hear it, I think I've tried everything but I haven't managed to solve the problem. Another problem and when I scroll through the drum kits to choose a kit, at a certain point I feel like an electric discharge, the sound disappears even if I continue to select other kits I continue to hear this discharge, even the DAW becomes unusable and I have to turn it off and restart. I remember that when I installed the new firmware I had some problems, I had to repeat the operation several times because it couldn't install it, now it tells me that the firmware is updated but I don't want a problem to arise during the operation. I ask if there is a procedure to reinstall the firmware, or a way to reset, or if anyone knows the problem and can help me. Its problems appear on both software I use, both logic x 10.8 and Cubase 12.

I have a 27 inch IMAC from 2017, with 48 GB of RAM and with Ventura OSX, it has never given me problems with other hardware. Thanks so much for the help.

For the latency problem: Whats your audio interface? Whats the buffer size you have set? The bigger it is the bigger the latency, thats normal... Pick a buffer that balances latency and CPU performance

What do you mean you "feel like an electric discharge" ? Are you actually getting physically shocked? Theres no way thats normal, never heard of such... sounds dangerous to be honest. Maybe your MK3 is defective, or the cable? I'd contact official support.

Thanks for answering me, no, I'm not physically shocking myself, my English is not good, what I meant to say and that it makes the same noise as when you turn off an amplifier and hear that discharge from the speakers, and if I keep scrolling to select other kit I always notice the same defect, I think it's a hardware problem, probably the firmware update created some problems, before updating it worked well, I've already opened a ticket with official support, I'm waiting for them to reply.

The buffer is at 512 but I also set it at 32.64, but nothing changes, the problem occurs on both Logic and Cubase and even if I use the Maschine software. The sound card is an Apogee Element 46 but I also tried with a Focusrite Scarlett 18I8 USB but nothing changed. If I could go back, I would try to reinstall the firmware, I'm sure the problem would be solved, but it seems like it can't be done, so while I'm waiting for a response from support, I'll continue to use it like this, writing the patterns with a pencil, then I'll throw it away. in the toilet.

I forgot to mention that I also use a Komplete Kontrol S61 Mk2 but I don't have any of these problems.

    Thank you

No problem. Oh, I see. At 512 there is a lot of latency, to me personally it's unusable at that point for any real time input but nothing changing at 32/64 is really odd... Have you tried reinstalling Machine SW? Low chance it will help but it's worth a try.

AFAIK there is no public way to downgrade / reset the firmware, you can only update when there is a new version but maybe tech support has tools for that.

I've tried everything but it doesn't work, the strange thing is that it only happens if I put the DAW on play and play a drum kit, but if I put the drum kit on rec and record it seems to work fine, but the other problem remains.

I'm waiting to hear from support.

Thank you so much for considering me.

Oh, it's only for the Plugin? Try turning off latency compensation on your DAW.
