N.I. Cuba Groove "Start/Stop" Button by Midi
I'd like to address a question to EvilDragon. In 2015 he gave a tipp how to change the start/stop play button in Studio Drummer by midi in changing script the following way:
"Open the Groove script (first slot) in instrument edit mode. Open script editor. Change the "Apply from..." menu to "Editor / Patch". Find "declare ui_button $play" and change it to ui_switch instead. Now you can MIDI learn it."
This was very helpfull to me as far as the drummer series as well as "N.I. West Africa" is concerned. Where I did not succeed in was to get this done with N.I. Cuba. The script there seems to be of a different structure so I could not find the part to be altered.
I appreciate any help.
Many thanks in advance.

For Cuba, go to Script Editor, second script slot, then search for
declare ui_switch $play_btn
. In the line immediately following, change the value for$CONTROL_PAR_ALLOW_AUTOMATION
from 0 to 1. That's it.0

EvilDragon, you are uncredible. Nearly just before I wrote my question, you posted an answer, that immediately solved my problem. My biggest respect. Thanks a lot. Gitjoerg
