Kontrol S88 MK3 Has anyone heard anything more about the shipping delay??

I am very disappointed with the handling of this delay regarding the the s88 Mk3. I preordered mine in October and all I have received was one unapologetic email saying that it would be delivered sometime in November and one ridiculous email offering 3 months free for their subscription based version of komplete! I couldn’t use it till I get the unit anyway and I imagine that could take upwards to three months too!! We all gave NI up to $1500 and they just sit on that revenue without supplying the goods. How is that appropriate? If they would share some insight on the circumstances it would be easier to accept but it has been radio silence. So unprofessional!! I’m at a total loss, I hope this thing is worth the hassle or I may boycott this brand because it’s beginning feeling borderline criminal! Hope some of you are having a better experience

If you pre-ordered your S88 MK3 through NI:
- S88's are arriving early / mid December
- All preorders are being prioritised!
- European preorders will be fulfilled / shipped around Dec 11th
- Americas preorders can ben fulfilled/ shipped around Dec 13th

I'm still waiting here, and it's also been radio silence other than when I reached out and received a response from NI. I ordered online from a store on October 13th. Their sales rep told them they wouldn't receive more until the end of November. If I get mine before Christmas, I'll consider myself lucky. I agree that the lack of communication has been unacceptable so far, but it's never too late for them to redeem themselves—hint, hint, to anyone listening at NI.
I previously had the s61 Mk2, which was a solid piece of equipment, so I'm crossing my fingers that this will be worth the wait and expense. To be honest, I would rather they fix the issues before shipment so I don't find myself in the same position as many others who got their hands on it early. I will admit that I have thought about requesting a refund and going a different route on a few occasions.

Frantz, I agree with you. It is never to late to make it right. I also agree that if there are quality issues I would prefer that they fix them before they ship. Problem is I don't know if there are quality issues, they haven't said anything. I have reached out to them on a couple of occasions but haven't gotten any response. They don't have a traditional customer service platform, unless I'm missing something. I have created a ticket for hardware and informed them of my frustrations though that platform. Do you know of a better way to communicate with them? Do they have even have a customer service phone number?

No , they do not have a customer service phone number. All we can do here is to call for @Jeremy_NI and add to his workload by asking : Jeremy_NI ! , do you have information that you can share with people about the situation ?

Unfortunately, we have experienced issues with the supply of this product in the United States. The process has been delayed by an additional month beyond expectations. The keyboards will arrive at our USA warehouse in early December. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

looks like it has been pushed back yet again. Last communication was November, now it’s December. Ugh!! I just don’t know if I should cancel it. I’m afraid I’ll regret it if I choose to go another controller. it just doesn’t feel like they care about my business.

Dear OP:
I know it's probably not going to sound very helpful, but the software side isn't yet ready for prime time anyway. You could get your MK3 and have some catastrophic issue with the firmware or the V3 of KK which is missing a lot of stuff.
So yeah, we're all waiting. You are waiting for the hardware. We are waiting for the software.
Try to be patient. In the meantime, if you still have a MK1 or MK2 unit, just install version 2.9.6 and keep making music.
Because that's what this is all about, yes?

Please let me know whom to contact to cancel my order. I ordered the S88 Mk3 on October 8 I want to cancel the order and be done with Ni. What a shame. You guys knew that you over sold the hardware and decided to deliver to your authorized dealers instead of the clients that already paid. Raquel

Well, they finally sent a communication regarding my S88 MK3. Considering the anguish this transaction has caused I'd say it's a little unapologetic.:

I am grateful that the order has shipped. I am hopeful that I have NO issues with the hardware. This was so painful I can only imagine how a hardware issue is handled. Best of luck to you guys who are still struggling with this.
