Beatgrid slips out of sync on digital tracks (not live music)

I'm Using Traktor Pro for some time, and have DJed for much longer.

I have an issue where the beat grid slips out of sync on electronic tracks, where the tempo is constant (I'll dig out an example if required to illustrate this)

I do understand live tracks cannot be beat-matched / synced, that's not the issue here, these are not live tracks....

So Traktor will start the track with a perfect grid, and then start to slip as the track goes on... weird, and annoying, has anyone experienced this, and does any one have a fix?

It may sound too obvious, but... do you have the Sync button active on both decks?
