Hello everybody.
I bought a new Maschine Mk3 about 4 months ago. The problem I have is that when I press the button to search for sounds, I can preview everything except what belongs to the Effects and Projects groups. Also when I load an effect I can't hear anything when I press the pad. However, the projects, although they don't have a preview, I can load them and then hear the sounds when I press the pads. I have rested, uninstalled all the packages in Native Acces, rescanned again and the problem continues. I think it might be something in the configuration.
Can anyone help me?
I have written to Native Instruments and it is going on for a long time with no response.
