Sound Cards AUDIO 2 DJ (1st gen) + TRAKTOR AUDIO 2 (2nd gen) => (not working)

Hello everybody. 
I have a MacBook Air with macOs Catalina 10.15.7 operating system, a 2 GHz Intel Core i7 dual-core processor, TRAKTOR SCATCH PRO software and an external AUDIO 2 DJ sound card (1st generation) that I haven't used for some time. A few days ago, I intended to resume using it, but the board (its channel A and B LEDs) only remained on for about 3 seconds. I didn't suspect anything and assuming there was a problem with the sound card, I bought a TRAKTOR AUDIO 2 card (2nd generation) which showed exactly the same behavior. I need to know if that cards are supported and/or what I need to do to get them working.
