How to get power back to device?

I unboxed my brand new S61 and tried topper it up with the aide of an adopted that supported USBC to USB (In my computer). it kept telling me that there was a lower power issue, so I plugged it up to an additional power source. the device appeared to be starting up normal with the Native sign appearing. Shortly after it lost all power and has not powered back on at all. Are there any solutions to what is the issue here?

None of the power sources is working to get it turned back on or to show anything on the display.

I'm afraid that you have to contact Support and open a ticket for replace the device.

However, to be sure that the problem is not on your computer, you have to test it on another computer first and also try a different cable. As for you "plugged it up to an additional power source" i hope you used a correct one, because any extra power (more than needed) could damage your device.
