I had never a problem with Access untill I did a clean install on Windows 10.

If I want to install an instruments 3 thing can happen.

1) It downloads the file and installs the instrument and it is working fine.

2) It downloads the file and start to install and it fails. If I try it again most of the time same thing will happen but sometimes, 'out of the blue' it will install and it is working fine.

3) It downloads the file and start to install and install and install and after 10 hours it is still installing. There is no way to stop this pocedure. Shut down the computer will not help. Only uninstall Native access will stop the process.

Anyone got a sollution for this behavoir? I am on Windows 10 but on Windows 11 same thing is happening.

Hope someone can help.

    Dear Effenix,

I had the same problem for some time, and I tried these solutions, and they helped me:

1.Check your internet connection. If it doesn't work, if you have any other routers, connect to them.

2.Change the location folders by going to the File, then Settings, and then File Management. You can create your own folder for them.

    Hope these can help you!

    Have an amazing day, Effenix.

I will try them both. Tomorrow they will take a look at my internet because it is very unstable last few week.
