Komplete 14 select wont register although my new Komplete audio 2 HW is

I Just received my new Sound-card (that I mostly bought for the Komplete 14 bundle in order to expand my Maschine 2 environment).

But Komplete refuse to register and the Expansion and plugins install themself in demo mode.

I've opened I ticket with NI suport saturday but no response so far.

Anybody knows how can I have acces to my new toys ?!

Thx for the Quick response, I have already checked the troubleshouting, I deduced of it that my (brand new) Komplete audio 2 isn't yet recognised as base produce 😅.

I've filled a ticket to the NI registration support (saturday) so I supose that all I can do now is to wait for em to reach out.
