Komplete Kontrol S-series mkI no longer supported?

I recently updated Komplete Kontrol and Kontakt 7 and noticed that my keybed no longer changes color with presets I’ve made, or any other NI product. Komplete Kontrol doesn’t even show the controller in on the “controller menu”. Nothing is highlited. I uninstalled drivers, programs, and still can’t get Komplete Kontrol to work correctly. I can still trigger sounds, just not able to see the color map other than that blue color.

I was thinking maybe this last update screwed things up, or the mkI is no longer supported…

Thoughts?

Had the same problem and it's a shame, because I really like the latest version of Komplete Kontrol - but it doesn't work properly with my (not really so old) mk1 S Series keyboard. I certainly don't have much confidence in buying any NI hardware in the future. Wish I had gone with Arturia!
