Session Ukulele fails to download through Native Access.

Finally, after about a year, NI comes up with the instrument that I wanted, Session Ukulele... but I am having a problem downloading it. Native access - latest version. I was able to download other items and instrument updates in same N.A session(s)

When trying to download Session Ukulele, it gives "Download Failed" error. I tried closing / opening N.A., clearing queue, tried to download several hours apart. Just says "Download failed" after ~ 5 seconds

Very disappointed! NI staff, please reply asap.

    I am having the same problem, PLEASe NI help us resolve the issue…I really would like to use a product I have paid for!

    Parallel to this post I sent an email, to see what gets attention first. Received a response today:

    "This is currently an ongoing issue that we are currently investigating. "

    Rep sent me a direct "Google drive" link to download the package. However... I feel that this is unacceptable from every angle for a multi billion dollar company. This is a brand new product and to have issues with download for days is just distasteful. They took hard earned money instantly, but I am not even sure how long it would of taken me to get something that was paid for unless I asked as I did. The least they can do is offer partial refund.

    If they start giving partial refund for all the brand new products they are releasing lately without them being ready or having problems, they’ll go bankrupt in 2 days…

    If they don't deliver product you bought in timely manner and a customer has to contact them and complain in order to get a sideload downloader.... I think they should give some kind of compensation. That is a normal business practice. This was not Beta, so no excuses for not being able to download.

    P.S. I am not worried about multi billion dollar industry going "bankrupt" :)

    After couple of days of failed downloads and requesting assistance - it does.

    Hi all, thanks for making the post so I know its not me and a fault of mine lol, having same issue ill update the thread once I get a response from NI who have been on it today so FairPlay to them namely Pablo :)

    I have the Same problem...and just with this ukulele where can get this direct download link from them... for what i payd, the support system doesnt work, on emails which i found just automatic replies

    Same issue here as of 20th May 2024. Download froze at 11.97GB / 13.53GB. Was downloading the whole night when internet speed is fast elsewhere. It's weird that not long ago all the other updates for other instruments were downloading reasonably fast.
