Locked out of native access again...

I'm locked out again. I kan't use Stradivarius Violin because Kontakt thincs my version is too old. I can't upgrade because Native Access has several ways of telling me it won't work even after using prescribed methods. And using the standalone which will load Stradivarius doesn't help because I can't open it in Ableton. HELP!!!!!!!

Which Native Access version?

Which Ableton version?
