Another issue with Kontrol MK3 S88 on Windows

Quite often it happens that for no apparent reason Kontakt resets the MIDI In Ports assignment to Off. And when I try to reconnect the kontrol MK3 to Port A it doesn't work unless I restart my PC. While if I try to connect other MIDI Inputs to Port A, like the StreamDeck" it works. 

Sometimes I connect the Ports in Kontakt 7 Standalone, I go in Cubase and the keys don't work. I go back to Kontakt and the Kontrol MK3 MIDI Inputs are automatically back on Off and there's no way to relink the Ports.

Any idea on how to fix this?
