Does Reaktor support multitouch?
Hello!
I'm thinking about buying a cheap surface pro tablet. And i would like to run a few reaktor ensembles in it.
I'm well aware that it may not be superpowerful, but my ensembles are actually very simple.
But my concern is multitouch.
I dont wanna spend the money if I dont have multitouch support.
Have you guys tried this? Does it work?
thanks in adv.

no no no
(3 times because a simple 'no' is too short a post for this silly forum software)

Best to use something like touch OSC similar program to send control signals over. In which case u would just need a run of the milll tablet.

Thanks for the extra effort.

Would be interesting how to implement it on the primary level. My best guess would be a polyphonic mouse area.

I don't think that's any good.
If NI advertised multi touch for Reaktor, there would be an expectation from users that they could adjust multiple standard gui controls simultaneously, knobs, sliders etc. I think there would be a lot of negative kickback if it was just an updated mouse area.
Proper multi touch would require a significant GUI update. Maybe a total rewrite. Which would be good, but seems unlikely.
They could introduce scalable vector based control elements at the same time ;)
