Kontrol S2 MK3 not lighting up when starting Traktor Pro 3

Hi,

My Traktor Kontrol S2 MK3 is plugged in and the NI app says the interface is connected. I also run audio out of it successfully from my PC.

Whenever I launch Pro 3, nothing happens on the interface, no lights or anything, and Pro 3 doesn't seem to recognise that there is any hardware plugged in, so I can't control Pro 3 with the Kontrol.

I have tried unplugging it, going through the setup wizard etc, nothing works
