My Maschine MK2 and Komplete Standalone browsers are empty after loading
About two weeks ago my Maschine and Komplete software and hardware completes are loading without anything appearing in the browsers. I have literally tried everything as recommended on your site and also on YouTube videos but to no avail. I also tried reinstalling a couple of time native access and that also did not provide any results. I tried a complete uninstall as guided by native access after verifying that the software was still in its original installation path, but again without any results. I have no issues with using the software or hardware on my laptop computer and just can't figure out what has gone wrong.
Your help would be greatly appreciated
Thanks

@George23 If resetting the database, as explained in these articles ( MASCHINE Crashes and KOMPLETE KONTROL Crashes) did not work, then you should get in touch with our support here: http://bit.ly/NIsupport_maschine

Just to be sure: are you aware of the User library button?
If it’s enlightened, it will show only user created items. And if you haven’t created any, the browser will be empty

Yes I am aware of the point you making and it shows the information it has. Its the factory library content that is not loading up.

Ok.
Check these artivles (in particular point 3) on how to reinitialize the databases

Lost, frustrated and just confused on what else I could try to recover my libraries. I have literally tried everything that was recommended on NI support sites and third party recommendations. Some of which I have done multiple times. It’s disappointing that there is no personal contract with someone at NI, who could at least provide some sort of verbal resolve.
I am using an IMac computer (2016) and running the most up to date software Monterey. Quite honestly it was soon after the update that my woes started. I am consistently unable to load my libraries for Komplete Kontrol, Maschine 2 and Konkakt either in standalone or through my Studio One daw. My Native Access account is also used on my MacBook Pro and have no issues there (MacOS Ventura 13.0.1). I have cross reference the installation paths on both computers and all locations are consistent with Mac recommendations with respect to downloads, application and content locations.
I have completely deleted NI from my iMac computer to no avail. It’s disappointing since I need the larger screen on iMac to run my software / hardware. At this point I am very concerned about investing in any additional software purchase due to the lack of reasonable support from NI.
FRUSTRATED!!

Did you check in the macOS security settings whether NI software is allowed to access system file locations?

Last try: are you sure all the involved programs have full disk access?

Yes - I did that a couple of times as suggested but nothing changed.

Yes I am sure. I did it twice.
