Power supply / hardware issue ?

I’m having an issue where I have constant feedback / crackling / distortion noise with my maschine plus and was wondering if anyone had similar issues. The noise is constant no matter what I do and it’s always doing it even the maschine is off but plugged in. I have three different power supply’s and the issue has happened every single time. Has anyone else experienced this ?

Quote "it’s always doing it even the maschine is off but plugged in." that is worrying and to me could suggest some kind of hardware problem or a problem with noise influence from grid or somewhere else !

When "the maschine is off but plugged in." , then does the noise only occur when in some kind of program or does it also do it when not in program and only on desktop ?
