This problem is solved momentarily when i disconnect and reconnect the audio card but after a while the crackling comes back.

You probably need to be a little more specific if you want people to be able to help you !

Like OS (Win 10 from profile ? ) and when and where the audio clicking appears, e.g. in which program while you do what ? Also any kind of information about settings chosen in used program may help diagnose your problem !

With an external audio card attached then problem could be a number of things ranging from noise somewhere in the electrical parts to a problem with the USB port used. Try grounding the computer power supply if the electricity plug for the power supply allows for a ground connection , But be careful after that not attaching, anything powered by mains, NOT also already grounded by itself to your system ! Same goes for touching grounded and not grounded mains powered units at same time ! (DO NOT!) Destructive currents can run between not grounded and grounded units which in worst case can damage equipment... Also , ground connection in connection with audio can also introduce noise by itself if not done right !

Sorry forgot to give more information, i have win 10. It usually happens listening to anything, whether it's on chrome or playing on a vst on reaper or kontakt.

I tried all usb ports from my computer and still get the crackling.

    I have asio4all installed.

this is my audio interface setting, could there be a mistake here?

Not sure if it would help here but I would try setting the USB buffer to a higher value to see if that changed anything ! If not then try changing the sample rate to 44.000 to see if that changes anything...

(Don't know if you need to dis-connect , re-connect or reboot to make settings stick !?)

Sorry that the advice were not of help. I did not have the time to 'Google' your problem last night so my advice were just the best from the top of my head. And I do not have that much time right now , but I did a quick Google and I found both an N.I. trouble shooting page for you and an external site 'generic' trouble shooting page also. I also include link to a KA6 manual but don't know if it is the right version and it is also hosted on an external site as I do not have more time now to spend on looking for it more here on Native Instruments' site...

Why on earth do you have ASIO4ALL installed?

You have a decent high spec audio interface. You need to run the Komplete Audio 6 ASIO driver as supplied by Native Instruments.

Once you have the correct driver installed, you need to adjust the buffer size of that driver so that the crackling stops.

Get rid of ASIO4ALL and use the correct driver.
