Mysterious libraries and duplicates.
On my most recent opening of native access I discovered two problems. First of all, I seem to have two copies of Abbey Road 60s drums. One of these works fine and the other appears to be missing content. Is there a way I can get rid of the duplicate without also deleting the one that works? The second question involves the mysterious appearance of four piano libraries.
These are "Berlin Concert Grand", "New York Concert Grand", "Upright Piano", and "Vienna Concert Grand". As far as I know, I've never owned any of these libraries and they don't appear to be on the Native Instrument website, unless they're part of some larger package. Each of these libraries appear in the instrument listing of Native Access, but have the "locate button" illuminated. So I've gone from 179 items listed to 184 without purchasing or downloading any thing. My preference would be for these four pianos and the duplicate drum library to be deleted from Native Access but I don't know how to do this. Can anyone help?

You can’t delete items from NA. If they are registered in your account, they will appear there. Only thing you can do is ask for a license transfer in order to unregister them from your account.
The 4 pianos are the ones composing the Classic Piano Collection.
Abbey Road Drums is the “new” versions of the ones once called Drummers (or the opposite, now I can’t recall ☺️). Quite strange you have only 60s…usually they are 6 (Vintage, 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s, Modern)

I have Komplete 14 which includes Studio Drummer and Abbey Road 60s Drums but not the others. I am not lacking in acoustic drum libraries so I don't feel the need to add the others. I have several other instruments that are not currently on my system but do show up in Native Access. Things like Shreddage 3 (never worked on my system), Kontakt Factory Selection (arrived when I bought the keyboard from NI as part of the software component but I already had the full library so I didn't need it), and VI.One which I haven't used for 10 years but it still shows up in Native Access. The difference is the previous 3 were purchased whereas I've never owned the Classic Piano Collection so I'm not sure why those pianos suddenly appeared in my copy of Native Access. Oh well, I'll just ignore them. Thanks for your help.
