I purchased 40s very own drums, System Clash, Borough Chops, and Karriem Riggins drums. I downloaded, installed, and entered the serial keys for all in Native Access.

None of them work. 40s drums were the only thing that showed up in Mashine, yesterday when I purchased them, but now they all say : error failed to load. They display as a Plug symbol, (except 40s drums, and Karriem Riggins) *which don't display at all** What could be the issue? I re-installed, and re-entered serial numbers a few times.. nothing. They all show as downloaded, and "Full version" in Native access but unusable to this point.

@MadSM Yes, if you're on 10.13, as suggested by @PoorFellow You will find the versions needed for your OS, as well as download links for these versions: Compatibility of Native Instruments Products on macOS

If oyu're on 10.13 you should check system preferences of the products you buy:

40s drums, and Karriem Riggins are Kontakt instruments and not expansions. I believe you would need Kontakt 7 for those, not available for 10.13.

If you are not able to upgrade your OS, I'd suggest to reach out to our support to ask a refund: https://bit.ly/NISupport_OP

Please make sure that you are running latest version of Native Access for your OS. Also when asking for help you should always state hardware and OS and OS version and versions of e.g. Native Access so that people may better be able to assist you ! .

From your profile info my guess is that you are using macOS High Sierra 10.13.6

Otherwise , for typical error inducing things with respect to MAC then please take a look and my summation here : https://community.native-instruments.com/discussion/comment/98359#Comment_98359
