Native Access auto-updated to a version that won't run on my Mac

Really? This is just frightening. I ran Native Access to check for updates. It immediately updated itself and then the new version wouldn't run because it requires macOS 11 - I'm still running macOS 10.14 and I'm certainly not going to update the OS a week before shows start.

I tried downloading the legacy version for macOS 10 and then when I ran that, it started with "Searching for the latest update" then displayed "Download failed" and my only option is "RETRY", which (unsurprisingly) didn't help.

How on earth can NI have this kind of failure - god help any touring musician who tries updating right before a show!
