Can I move the Receipt folder to another location?

Hi, since I have read the threads about not removing the receipt folder, (Path: Library--> Receipt) I am wondering if it's possible for me to move the receipt to the NI library folder without compromising any potential failures in launching kontact? Thanks :)

    It’s possible, but that folder will be recreated again when you install software that uses Apple Installer, and populate with additional “receipts” from the software you install or update.

    I strongly suggest that you leave the folder as it is as it is always has been a part of macOS.
