No response from NI Support

Hi I submitted a ticket 10 days ago and no response from NI. Have now submitted another ticket. There is an error code coming up that prevents me from transferring the licence to my Z2. I was unable to sell it to an interested buyer because of this so am very frustrated and disappointed by the lack of response by NI.

Your request may have been buried or they are swamped with work or there maybe were a glitch some where or someone totally forgot to get back to you because their aunt called on the phone !. Most important to remember is to not let frustration get the better of you.
In case of lack of response then politely update your request and ask again...
