Problem with X1 MK3 - OLED flashes permanently

Hi,

I got my X1 MK3 today. The problem is that the OLED display flashes permanently, but the values are displayed correctly.

Traktor and the controller Editior is updated, as well as the firmware of the MK3 updated to 2.6. Does anyone else have the problem or do I have to set something else ?

second problem. I want to remap a button and a knob but when I click on Learn and press the button nothing happens. With MK2 it worked like this.

1 - must be AMD GPU.

2 - No overmapping yet.

So I can't really use the MK3. I would like to map the preview players to the controller. I can't understand why it doesn't work currently. So the X1 is worthless to use.

sorry to say this, but you obviously hit the jackpot 😂

i also put my x1mk3 aside and continue to use my x1mk2 till overmapping is possible. my x1 is completely useless as i can not adapt it to my workflow. i‘m really angry, traktor was once famous for its incredible midi and mapping functionality, fast forward to 2023: they release a product thats not even ready to ship and no one even cares ….

Have to agree with the "release a product thats not even ready to ship" , but I think that they do care they just made (another ?) mistake 🤔

Wait, what?

I came here via Google because of flashing OLEDS in my brand new X1 MK3 - so it's not working on a windows 11 machine if it's an AMD?!? (My dedicated Music laptop is!)
