installation blocks due to unsufficent drive space?

Problem: I downloaded PINAO COLOURS.

I interupted the installation due to no real actions of the installer Exe ( I checked with Win resource manager and Process Monitor). I guess it stopped due to unsufficent drive space. I could verify by starting the installer manually.

After the reboot NATIVE ACCESS still shows an ongoing installation of PIANO COLOURS even if the ISO is not mounted at all.

I am not able to install other libraries meanwhile since they seem to "wait for install"

How can I reset this cached information of a PIANO COLOURS installation process?

If you have the ISO (or setup application) install it manually, without open Native Access at all.

After installation, start Native Access and click Refresh button. It should be ok.

However, since you have Reaktor Full Library, there is no need to install the Factory Selection, it is just duplicate files, and, maybe this caused the problem at first.

Have you tried to restart your computer and then open Native Access again?
