Dear Native Instruments Community

I am an enthusiastic user of your software, but I am currently experiencing an issue with the activation process that has been quite frustrating. After extensive research, I have identified a temporary workaround, and I am seeking advice and guidance to resolve the issue.

My system specifications are as follows:

Motherboard: ASUS Pro WS W790E-SAGE SE

CPU: Intel Xeon W-3475X

Windows 11 22H2 22621.2283

The problem I am encountering is that the activation of your software works correctly only when I disable all logical cores in my BIOS. While this provides a temporary solution, it is not ideal, as I would like to utilize all available logical cores of my CPU.

My question to you is whether your technical support or the community can provide assistance in resolving this issue. Are there specific BIOS settings I need to adjust to ensure that your software works correctly without disabling the logical cores? Is it possible to use external software such as Process Lasso to work around this issue, and if so, which processes of your software need to be adjusted?

I have made a significant investment in my system and your software, and it is important to me to maximize its potential. Your expertise and guidance would be greatly appreciated in resolving this problem.

Thank you in advance for your assistance and attention to this matter. I look forward to your response and further assistance.

Sincerely,

Niels
