Maschine plus is registerd in the Native access but i can not register in the maschine itself :-(

when i try to login to account directly in the maschine it says that it can not find my login credentials
hi, how could you solve it? I got the same problem with the registration, it cannot register in the mashine
any tips on how to fix this? So far no luck
A Fritzbox is a router, so the router was presumably blocking the connection.
