Search location while track is playing

Hi. I am trying to adapt to the app upgrade to Traktor DJ 2 on iPad from the original Traktor DJ, however my most useful feature, I cannot find in the newer version. When a track is playing, and I would like to skip further, the old app let me scroll the overall waveform in the bottom to show a place where I can see a break or section change, but in the new app, it skips directly when I press the bottom waveform. Any clue on how I can use this or how others are performing this step alternatively?

Does not to work when a deck is playing as it jumps to beats. When deck is NOT playing scrolling through waveform works on my iPad.
