Split keyboard with Komplete Kontrol

Is it possible with the new keyboard to split layers to play with lower keys eg a saxophon and on higher keys an organ!

and is it possible to conbine both to play it in a defined key button area also together at the same time on same key?

I don t want to use a daw like Cubase for get it working, should be easy for live performance.

Do not believe this is a thing yet (ever), will still need a DAW to do it or you can use Kontakt instruments in KK to do it, tho unsure if you can access and control anything other than layer 1, on the current keyboards you cannot so not sure there has been any change in this area. Assume you cannot until you see otherwise.

I asked about this. All I know is that it is possible and they recognize it as something users want so let’s hope that it’s high up on the dev ops list 🙏🏻

Yeah, but it's also been asked for the last 8 years so if it was going to be a high consideration one would have thought it would have already been on the top of the list for the new version. Can always still hope I guess, but some of us have kind of given up on that dream
