Cannot update Native Access because It wont connect.

Hello I just bought a Komplete Kontrol S61 MK2 and I cannot get it to work with Ableton. There is no DAW drop down in settings so I went to do the updates at Native Access and cannot connect. My VPN is off. Every other app can connect to internet except Native Access. Any suggestions?

If you are on Mac then three things to check always ! :

1) How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS :  https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/articles/4415601248657-How-to-Enable-Full-Disk-Access-on-macOS

2) Compatibility of Native Instruments Products on macOS :  https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/articles/360014900358-Compatibility-of-Native-Instruments-Products-on-macOS

and for download problems also :

3) If you have Private Relay in your OS turned on then try disabling that !

Else , please open a thread of your own in the relevant sub-forum and give all relevant information , such as Computer type and specifications , OS version , and version of all N.I. software in question , e.g. Native Access !

Wich OS? Win or Mac?

Have you tried the latest version of Native Access 2?

Have you retried a couple of hours later? maybe there was some DNS-Error somewhere?

@Northstar Did installing the latest version of Native Access fixed the issue for you? Do you still need help?
