Who can I ask regarding S4 Mk3 Malfunctions?

Recently my S4Mk3's screen does not respond to control but but all are ok on the Traktor Pro 3. After a few moments I loss Master out. I have to restart the whole system. But, after the reboot everything seems ok.

This happens on the first hour of playing

Is the energy saver off? These are normally caused by power issues.

I skipped installing Catalina as it had a ton of issues with Traktor in the past.

• Which version number of Traktor Pro 3 are you using?
• What changed between when everything was all right and when the problems started to happen?

The last couple of versions NI introduced some gfx updates that broke the display output of S4Mk3, S5 and S8 on latest MacOS's. It's not been fixed yet (not even in the upcoming 3.10.0). We are all waiting for it to get fixed. Unless you really need the TP Plus features, i recommend rolling back to 3.5 or 3.4 for now, or roll back to your previous MacOS.

Nothing else you can do at the moment, it grieves me to say.

When the display starts malfunctioning, something else follows.

A reboot seems to fix the problem... but in the middle of a hot set?

Reliability suddenly has become an issue here.

With the energy saver off seemed to work. I had no incident of malfunction last nigh

I'll post again regarding this in the following days. I'm on my nights off.

Funny thing is, when I'm home and practising or just mucking around with the gear, nothing wrong happens. It usually happens when I'm on gigs.
