Just made a purchase yesterday. It's not in Native Access... What a disappointment. I will be asking for a refund.

Same here, I purchased it and don't see it in native access. I purchased low end strings and guitar rig 7 pro together and low end strings was the only purchased available for download in native access. What's up?????

Ditto… I upgraded to Guitar Pro 7 couple of days back. I have tried pretty much everything suggested on this forum - my account shows it is registered, copied the serial number from my account, registered in Native Access, though not needed (registration acknowledged by Access); downgraded Native access to version 1.4 or some thing, repeated the process, tried again with new Access, version3+. deleted XML file, …

No matter what, Guitar Pro 7 does not show up in Native Access !!

    Whats up??????

Same here. I upgraded my laptop to an Apple M3 from Intel and had to run some kind of intermediate protocol droid, but my main effects unit Guitar Rig 5 no longer works. I don't know if that's related. I downloaded the newer "Apple Silicon" Native Access with no change. I no longer have an Intel MPU, and my Apple M3 was neither M1 nor M2.

    I was thinking of upgrading Komplete13 Ultimate but I already have a non-functioning GuitarRig6. At "half-price" $50, I thought I'd take another chance. Fail! 😡

This has also happened to me. I wonder if any of the prior posters had this resolved?

In case someone comes across this post with the same issue, for me the problem was that I needed to upgrade Native Access to version two at https://www.native-instruments.com/en/specials/native-access-2/
