Komplete Kontrol S61 Mk2 Buttons Unresponsive

The piano keys work, but besides the octave buttons, none of the buttons on the keyboard seem to respond. Any idea how I can update/fix the keyboard:?

    Is this in a DAW or using the Komplete Kontrol standalone software?

    Can you open the standalone software if not using that and just test to see if things work. Also, mention the usual basic info that could help us help you such as your OS, your DAW etc.
