Can I downgrade Komplete 14 select to 13 select?

Hi

I bought the Komplete 13 ultimate upg product last year, and I also purchased Komplete 14 ultimate upd two weeks ago.


After that, I registered for the Komplete 14 select product bundled with my recent purchase of the S88 MK2.


I thought that I would be able to register k13u upg and k14u ud sequentially afterward, but I couldn't register with an error that there was no base product.


I figured out that it was because I didn't have the Komplete 13 select, but it was too late. I tried to get the Komplete 13 select from several places, but none were in stock.


05/23/23 I found that question in the same situation as me, I'm not sure if that solved the problem.

I want to downgrade the registered komplete 14 select version to 13 select.

If I contact the NI support team, can they resolve this?

    I contacted the NI support team last Sunday and got a reply today. They manually registered the downgraded k13s version to solve my problem!


    Now all of my serial numbers that were not available have been successfully registered, and all instruments can be used normally in native access.


    I really appreciate the quick response and troubleshooting of the NI support team!
