Maschine Plus, 2 pads stopped sending midi, can't play any sounds on pads 12 and 16.

Hey. I have the Machine Plus and randomly 2 pads stopped working. They're not showing up as available midi channels in stand alone or as a controller. Tried to go in and assign the pads to the proper midi channels but when I press the pads nothing happens. The pads are lit but they won't light up when you strike them. Any suggestions? Thanks

Yeah. Brought it while touring in the UK. So I’ll have to get it serviced when I return to the States. Thanks
