How long does it take for the support to respond to refund email?

I have been waiting 4 days now for the support to provide me with some sort of response in regards to the refund I have filed for; and no, the licence is not activated. Let me guess, I will receive some sort of response after the 14 day time period for an eligible refund. I am disappointed.

    It can take some time as it appears they are constantly overwhelmed by support requests or sales questions. If you have submitted a support ticket then I would not stress about any lapse in time that could affect your refund, it may simply be an order of importance with customers needing operational support being prioritised over refund requests.

    I'd say after 5-8 business days (not counting weekends/public holidays) and you have heard nothing try and ask a mod here if they can assist in looking into the situation.
