Sounds of KORE SOUNDPACK Kontakt Sax and Brass

Hi,

long time ago there was a Kore Soundpack named Kontakt Sax and Brass. I love(d) to use the instrument named Cave Hermit - a very special sax sound.

Does anybody know if this instrument/Sound is packed in any newer library, to play with ? Or what would be the best way to bring it from my old system (still running) to a new one?
