The problem that I am facing is that my controller S4 turns off for a second and then came back to life after a second automatically. I am using an after market power supply with same specifications

15 V. The DC power pin seems pretty tight. No loose connections. But still problem is there.

If it turns off completely (and not just losing connection with Traktor), it really seems like a power issue. Do you have another power supply/someone to borrow you one to make a test and exclude it is the culprit? Or also only try another power point in the house to plug it in.

These tests could help to narrow the cause

Yes it completely lost the connection for a second with traktor as well. And then automatically come back in a second. I reset the traktor now. Lets see of it works. I hope so.

    Thank you

The power switch is sometimes flakey on my S4. If I touch it, or there's too much bass, the power will drop out and come back on, it usually takes 4 or 5 seconds though. I hammer it on and off a few times before I play and it usually makes it through a session without any problems.

hahaha okay I will try to hammer mine as well and also try to service it without opening controller.

but I face this problem without hitting the Bass.

    anyways thank you.

Had the same issue with my S4 and I found the problem, when I install the unit and software it was running on MK2 asio drive, when I changed it to mk3 asio drive problem solved, runs perfectly,so maybe check that,I think it just caused an issue as when it powered off and came on again it was always asking to connect to mk3 audio.this just kept on happening and then I noticed I had no mk3 asio drive in my preferences,so I changed it and no more powering on and off
