What exactly is E2? I am not aware of such product.

If it is a hardware problem, check here:

Are you testing standalone or within a DAW?

If you press the Octave Shift button on the keyboard is the same key still not working?

If the same physical key does not work when you shift the keyboards octave then it sounds like a hardware problem.

    Thanks!!!everybody help me .

I m really angry ,Unfortunately or every time I don’t know

,native instruments say that now we can’t repair your hardware cuz we have no parts and we don’t know when we will repair. When we get parts , we can repair.

so, we don’t know when to get parts.

    I’m really irritated

Native Instruments is always like this attitude????

Well if it is warranty, that should not matter and they need to replace completely and you need to check your warranty term.

In Australia at least a customer doesn't have to deal with the manufacturer direct which is lucky because dealing with NI direct seems like pulling teeth at times.

Otherwise if it is out of warranty then not sure what else can be done except having a look yourself since it may be something fixable.
