My librarys won't switch out of demo mode?

I was logged into the wrong account for a while but I switch to the registered account but they won't go back to the full versions. I don't have .Xlm files and I've everything I know. Please I need help with this.

Are you sure you own the corresponding products on the account you are signed in? What is your operating system? What version of Kontakt are you using? Have you checked this article? My Products Are Showing As DEMO in Native Access

Yes I bought the kontakt 7 bundle and all of the libraries in that bundle say demo. I even bought a new computer and it still says it.

That could be this ongoing issue then: Only Kontakt 7 Player / Reaktor 6 Player shows up in Native Access

Please try the steps in there. The issue should be fixed with the next version of Native Access coming next week, I believe.
