Hi everyone

after upgrade to Komplete 14 can not validate any plug-ins on Logic Pro X

Any ideas why?

    @Jayuk I hope if it's ok with you if I share the solution you found. Creating a new Mac user account with admin priviledges fixed the issue.

    Is anyone available at customer support?

    I purchased the upgrade for a reason, doesn't work, and customer service doesn't exist

    Can you kindly check it for me?

    Ticket 3989282

    Thanks

    @Jayuk You submitted 4 different requests on Friday, our offices are closed on weekends. We just finished a big sales special so our reply times are a little longer than usual. Thanks for your understanding. Please note that creating multiple requests in a row does not make things faster.

    @Jeremy_NI

     I am following up on my previous communication regarding an open ticket initiated last Friday at approximately 12:30 AM. As of today, Tuesday, I am still awaiting a response.

    I greatly appreciate your efforts in investigating the matter. However, the provided link did not prove to help resolve the issue at hand. This situation has significantly impacted my work, as I had scheduled a session with a client who specifically requested to work on his EP in Dolby Atmos.

    Unfortunately, the session could not take place due to a cancellation caused by an unresolved issue with NI (the client uses a variety of NI instruments and effects).

    I must express my surprise and disappointment at the lack of communication from NI thus far. As a valued customer, prompt and effective customer service should be the norm, as other reputable businesses in the sector have shown.

    Thank you for your attention to this matter.
