Komplete Audio 6 keeps disconnecting and reconnecting

I'm on windows 11. Komplete Audio keeps disconnecting and reconnecting to the computer. I have the latest driver installed, I've tried different USB ports and cables, the problem is nothing so obvious. I've searched the internet for answers and come up empty. I have used this same Komplete unit with my old Win 10 laptop, but I have even used it on this very Win11 computer before, but now it just refuses to work. Maybe some newer Windows update has caused a problem? I'm at me wits end, I have no idea how to get it working again. I'll be grateful for any assistance you can offer.

    Also, if it helps., Windows Device Manager shows (code 45) when Komplete disconnects.

    What was the solution? i have similar problem with Komplete Audio 2 on Mac OS X. Keeps disconnecting and reconnecting every 10-15s then next day can be okay and stable.

    My Komplete audio 1 keeps frequently disconnecting when audio input/output (in games and applications like discord) is set directly to the komplete audio interface. When i set this to windows default device everything is fine. Probalby some windows or drivers bug. Im using Windows 11 proffesional with NativeInstruments_UsbAudio_v5.22.0_2021-09-01_setup drivers (this version is for windows 10 not 11 but partially working). Please do semething with this because sometime more precise setup is needed with directing audio to specified device.

    This is possibly not due to some problem with the interface. It's often a problem with your USB chain.

    Are you using a hub?

    I would try different cables or different connection ports on the computer.

    If you're using a hub, try a different hub.

    @Siarap Have you tried with the ASIO driver that we also provide? Installing the ASIO Driver for KOMPLETE AUDIO 1 / 2 / 6 MK2 (Windows)

    How is it going now? Is the Audio 6 connecting through USB? Are you using a hub? Extensions? Have you tried different cables and/or different ports on the computer?

    You really need to tell us more about the things you have tried, otherwise it's really hard for people to stay interested in this thread.
