Problem right tempo fader

I recently had a problem with the right tempo fader on my traktor kontrol S2 MK3. It doesn't react in the same way on the controller and on the software and doesn't necessarily correspond to the movement made. How can I fix it? Thanks in advance and have a nice day!

    just to make sure I understand you correctly here: the left tempo fader is working fine?

    Did you try to MIDI map the problematic fader to a different application? Just to be sure if it is the hardware causing the issue.

    Hello and thank you for your feedback,

    What I mean is that, for example, if I lower the tempo fader on my controller quite a bit, on the traktor software the tempo fader will go up and not down as on the controller. The software's right tempo fader doesn't respond exactly to the actions performed on the controller. 

    I hope this is clearer. 

    I can make a video if necessary.
