What I Don't Understand...

What I don't understand is how hard it is for Native Instrument to include, in description, how to insert or what kind of 'Instrument' or 'Effect' or 'Expansion' this is in Native Access. For example, 'Reflecktor is a Guitar Rig Effect', or such and such is a Massive expansion or Maschine expansion. Be smart NI, take a little time and start including these types of details in your descriptions in Native Access and make our life little easier, instead of making us jump to YouTube to learn how to even insert it.

Yeah, that's a good idea. In my overview are not masses of NI products but KK14 users own much more.

Yes, Thank you, Paule! I just upgraded to K14CE for $249, mainly because its cost effective, and have about 148 instruments and effects. Most I don't even use because NI doesn't even bother to describe them properly, I mean what the AF NI! It only takes a sentence to say that it is a Guitar Rig effect, or a Massive expansion or a standalone instrument.

I agree 100%. Lack of description in NA2 what works with what is irritating. This information is provided on specific product pages in “Requirements” but not in NA2. So when installing something, one has to figure out if it’s for Kontakt, Reaktor and so on.

Hey @Raj_Sangeet That makes a lot of sense, I'll forward these comments to the Native Access team. They are looking on ways to improve onboarding with our products in the future.

@Maciej Repetowski That is true for the expansions but you can see if a product requires Kontakt or Reaktor inside Native Access:

Thank you so much, Jeremy for replying. One particular product I had problem with is Reflektor. I had uninstall and reinstall and moved around to application folder etc., to no avail. Then somehow I realized it is a Guitar Rig effect. What a waste of time, I even asked NI for help through support but they haven't replied back yet, its been about five days. Well, thank you though and hopefully they will listen to you so I could be more productive. Thanks
