Midi Control - Key Switches

Trying to use the harmonics on Irish Harp, but when I record none of the key switches work. It just records the key Im holding down for the harmonic effect. Any ideas how to get Logic to recognize the key switches? Thanks.

    Figured it out. I was deleting the key switch note thinking it was an un-needed recorded note, but it was actually the key switch midi data. When I left it in, the harmonics worked. Weird.
